Our refund and returns policy for research peptides lasts 30 days. Beyond 30 days from your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Your research peptide must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact to be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Any opened or used product is unable to be returned due to the nature of research peptides. This is because of sterility, standards, and regulations laboratory conditions have to follow. Any damage or tampering of product identified if returned will not be issued a refund.
Required for Return
A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete your return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, send us an email at [email protected], and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping Returns
